Tony Passwater, President AEII, has been involved in the industry since 1972. He has actively been involved in the changes that have taken place since the introduction of the new unibody design in the North America market in 1980. He has worked in the industry as a technician, manager, shop owner, vocational instructor, industry trainer and business coach/consultant. He has been a student of Kaizen/Lean since 1997, and worked with shops and other businesses worldwide.
