Kaizen Students
If you have already been part of a business development or 20 group in the past and you feel that
you are looking for the next level ... this is the group for you !
This group is a non-conventional business development group designed to continue your journey through
group learning events to the most interesting industry locations in the world.
Each group commonly meets for 1 1/2 days - 2 days (normally Thursdays and Fridays), 2 times per year based on the
most available and "cutting edge" examples to learn from at the time. There are also special
presentations by the
latest providers of products and services, and typically additional training
experiences.
The Groups are independent, and also not Vendor sponsored.
The group size normally averages between ten to twelve businesses. The location of each meeting is determined by AEII
and they are designed to provide the best examples of operations, technology, and new Kaizen/Lean implementations.
AEII acts as the facilitator and makes all arrangements for meeting space, refreshments, meals, and agenda items.
Each group is managed with the highest quality of communication and services in the industry. Each event will provide
the members with high level of discussion topics, improvement ideas, and special presentation
topics.
At times when the location has additional interest a third day may be added for a special tour or event. This is
determined by the group and is normally optional.
The Champions Group - KS is an independently facilitated group that is designed to
fulfill
the needs of the business and business owners/managers.
